GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

In order to benefit from the services offered by our campsites, we ask you to read the following terms and conditions carefully. These conditions govern the sale of holidays and are valid at the time the order is placed. Booking a holiday implies full acceptance of our terms and conditions.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

● The reservation will only be effective with our agreement after receipt of the reservation by internet. Any request to book accommodation or a pitch must be confirmed by payment of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the amount of the services booked, either after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online.

● If, on arrival, the persons who show up do not correspond to those mentioned in the contract, the management reserves the right to cancel it.

● Any stay shortened by you in relation to the booking dates (late arrival, early departure) will not give rise to a refund.

● The booking fee is €25 for rental accommodation and €5 for pitches (non-refundable, non-deductible).

● Payment methods accepted for the deposit: credit card, bank transfer (bank charges payable by the customer), holiday vouchers connect

● All bookings are by name only and may not be transferred under any circumstances.

If several families are to share the same accommodation/pitch, it is essential to make a booking for each family.

● Any accommodation/plot reserved, not occupied and postponed, will be made available the following day at 12 noon.

● For any change of stay, the same accommodation / pitch cannot be guaranteed.

● In the event of extreme necessity, we reserve the right to change the number of your accommodation or pitch

● Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.For obvious safety reasons (swimming pool, evacuation of the Campsite in the event of an alarm...) and health reasons (hospitalisation...), minors who are not accompanied by their legal administrators, within the meaning of Article 389 of the Civil Code, are not admitted. Furthermore, in accordance with decree 2002-883 of 3 May 2002, the Campsite is not authorised to provide group or individual holidays away from the family home for minors under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by one of their legal guardians. Minors accompanied by their legal guardians are placed under the sole responsibility of the latter and must under no circumstances be left unsupervised on the campsite premises (including the swimming pool and play area).

● Distance selling and right of withdrawal: Distance selling is governed by Articles L.121-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The 7-day withdrawal period provided for in article L.121-20 does not apply to accommodation services (see last paragraph of article L.121-20-4 of the same code)

Camping pitch

● The basic package includes a pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van, 2 people, 1 vehicle, access to sanitary facilities and reception facilities.

Rental

● The rental accommodation is fully equipped. The basic package is for 4 people.

● The deposit is €700.00 plus €120.00 cleaning deposit

We remind you that this deposit does not constitute a limit of liability. Any damage in excess of the amount paid as a security deposit will be charged to the Customer after the security deposit has been deducted.

● All deposits must be paid by VISA or MASTERCARD only

● The rental must be cleaned by the Tenant just before departure.

If the state of cleanliness is not satisfactory the cleaning deposit of 120 € will be retained. If the state of the rental is judged to be unsatisfactory this fee will be increased accordingly.

● Animals are not allowed inside the accommodation.

● The connection of electric cars in the rentals is strictly forbidden.

● The deposit will be returned within 48 hours after the rental has been checked.

● The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation. We do not accept any tent-type installations next to the accommodation.

RATES AND TAXES

● The prices shown are valid for the season. They correspond to one night or 1 week depending on the product and are in euros, including VAT

● The amount of the tourist tax varies from one season to the next: /pers. over 18 (see season price list) .

● Eco-participation: €0.40/person/night. This contribution was created to cover the local taxes applied to tourist accommodation establishments for waste and waste water management.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Terms of payment:

The balance of the stay is due:

● 30 days before the start of the holiday for rental accommodation and on arrival for pitches;

● Or immediately for any booking made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday.

If the balance is not paid by the agreed date, the Campsite is entitled to consider that the Customer has cancelled the booking and will retain the sums already paid.

Methods of payment :

The methods of payment of the deposit and/or the full amount of the stay accepted by the Campsite are:

● CREDIT CARD,

● International bank transfer,

● PayPal,

● Holiday vouchers

Cheques are not accepted.

Holiday vouchers:

Amounts paid in holiday vouchers cannot be reimbursed.
In accordance with Article L.112-14-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code.

● For rental bookings: a deposit of 30% of the price of the services booked must be paid on booking at the campsite. The balance must be paid 1 month before your arrival.

● For camping pitch bookings: a deposit of 30%/pitch is required on booking. The balance must be paid on arrival at the campsite.

Payment may be made by cheque, bank transfer, credit card, holiday vouchers or cash.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Cancellation by the campsite

● In the event of cancellation by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be refunded in full. However, this cancellation cannot give rise to the payment of damages.

Cancellation by the customer.

● We remind you that you will find a link for cancellation insurance on our site when you make your booking. Any stay that is interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to your fault will not give rise to a refund.

YOUR STAY

1. Arrival

● Campsite pitches: arrivals take place every day from 12.00 noon.

● Rental accommodation: Saturday, or Sunday. On the day of your arrival at the campsite, you will be welcomed from 3pm to 8pm. No inventory of fixtures is carried out on arrival or departure. It is the tenant's responsibility to check the general condition of the mobile home and its equipment on arrival.
Any anomaly, damage or lack of equipment must be reported to reception within a reasonable time of taking possession of the accommodation.

If no report is made, the mobile home will be deemed to be in good condition. Any damage found on departure may be charged to the tenant.

2. During your stay

● It is the camper's responsibility to take out insurance: the campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc., and in the event of incidents for which the camper is liable.

3. House rules

● Everyone is required to comply with the campsite's internal regulations.

In the event of blatant non-compliance with these rules, the Site Manager may take sanctions that may go as far as termination of the contract and especially in the event of disruptive behaviour contrary to the calm and serenity of the reception or in the event of violent behaviour, insulting, racist or threatening remarks made against other Customers, Campsite staff or its partners or suppliers. Customers are informed that they may also be refused access to accommodation.

All Customers must comply with the provisions of the house rules and the swimming pool rules, which may be prohibited in the event of non-compliance.
Electric vehicles may not be charged in the accommodation or at the electric points on the campsite pitches.

4. Reception opening times:

● Out of season: 9.30am to 8pm

● July and August: 8am to 10pm.

5. Departure

● For rental accommodation, before 10 a.m.

● For camping pitches, before 12 noon.

DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is delegated to the courts located at the campsite. Any complaint concerning the non-conformity of the services in relation to the contractual commitments must be notified in writing (LRAR) to the campsite manager within 30 days of the end of the stay.

Image rights

You expressly authorise SARL SOULIER FAMILLY'S to use any photos of you or your children that may be taken during your stay for the campsite's publicity purposes, without compensation.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND FREEDOM

The information you give us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information will be considered confidential by the campsite. It will only be used by the campsite's internal departments to process your order and to reinforce and personalise communication and the services reserved for the campsite's customers according to your centres of interest. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning you. To do so, simply send us a request by post, stating your surname, first name and address.
