Our estate benefits from a privileged geographical location, just 9 minutes (6 km) from the Saint-Marcel Cave and 35 minutes from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. To guarantee restful nights after your explorations, this accommodation is fitted as standard with high-end reverse-cycle air conditioning.

During heatwaves (July/August), the Southern Ardèche sun regularly pushes the thermometer above 35°C in the shade. Although our wooded estate benefits from a natural breeze, being able to retreat to an air-conditioned space has become an essential luxury. Trigano's excellent insulation combined with air conditioning ensures genuinely restorative nights after your canoe trips or hikes in the Gorges.

Conversely, thanks to the reverse-cycle system and complete insulation (double glazing), this rental is available all year round. In winter, Ardèche temperatures are mild, making this perfectly insulated rental a cosy cocoon for off-season stays.

Is the use of air conditioning charged extra?

No. The use of reverse-cycle air conditioning is completely free and automatically included in the price of your summer rental.

What are the options for end-of-stay cleaning?

You can clean your rental yourself (equipment is provided: broom, mop, bucket, cleaning products available as an extra), or you can opt for our "Cleaning Package" option charged at €120. A cleaning deposit of this amount will be requested upon arrival.
