Outside of occupancy periods, caravans must be parked in the designated parking area. It is the owner’s responsibility to move their caravan back to their pitch.
ANNUAL PITCH PACKAGE (F.E.A.)
The F.E.A. period corresponds to the calendar year (from 1 January to 31 December). The pricing terms apply as follows:
- Moving in during the year: The arrival of a caravan or mobile home requires payment for the full year’s services, retroactively from 1 January.
- Departure during the year: Any departure before 31 December does not entitle the guest to a refund; the annual fee remains payable in full.

The terms and conditions of use of the F.E.A. are defined as follows:
- Duration of stay: Use of the accommodation is limited to a maximum of 150 days per year. Any exceeding of this limit will incur additional charges.
- Authorised beneficiaries: Access is strictly reserved for the persons named in the contract.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is access to the swimming pool included in the pitch price?
Yes. Whether you’re renting a pitch for your tent or a mobile home, access to the swimming pool, toilet blocks (one of which is heated), Wi-Fi and leisure facilities is 100% included in the price of your stay.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome on our pitch-only pitches for an additional charge of €2.00 per night. However, for hygiene reasons, they are strictly prohibited inside our mobile homes.
What deposits are required for mobile home hire?
On arrival at our site in Saint-Marcel-d’Ardèche, you will be asked to pay two deposits for the mobile home rental: an accommodation deposit of €700 and a cleaning deposit of €120. These will be refunded to you at the end of your stay within a maximum of two weeks.
When is the campsite open?
Camping Les Truffières welcomes you all year round, from 1 January to 31 December. Our reception is open every day from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 8pm.
