The rental price for this spacious bungalow ranges from €400 per week in the low season to €850 in peak season (mid-July to mid-August).

This "All Inclusive" price covers water, electricity, unrestricted use of the air conditioning, and access to the estate's facilities. Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Unlike our standard models, the non-smoking 41m² Watipi (3 rooms) offers XXL comfort for 4 people. Its generous volumes and large central living room with open-plan kitchen physically separate the two bedrooms. This clever layout ensures optimal circulation space, essential when travelling with a baby.

The XXL Night Area

The layout cleverly separates the master and children's bedrooms to guarantee optimal rest and complete nighttime security:

Bedroom 1:: 1 spacious double bed (140x190), with large walk-in wardrobe and study area.
Bedroom 2:: 2 single beds (80x190).
Bedding included:: Sheets, pillows, mattress protectors and duvets provided upon arrival.
Baby Equipment:: A travel cot is set up before your arrival upon request. The generous proportions of the bedroom allow it to be placed easily, and you have plenty of room in the living area to store a pushchair without cluttering the space.

Living Area & Washrooms

The modern bathroom and separate WC provide added comfort. In the living room, enjoy a large floor play area, television, reversible air conditioning, and double glazing.

Open-plan Kitchen:: Fully equipped (microwave, coffee maker, toaster) with a complete inventory of crockery.
Practical features:: Faux-leather sofa cover for easy disinfecting, cleaning kit included (broom, bucket, mop, etc.), and free Wi-Fi.

Is there room for a travel cot in the bedroom?

Yes, the master bedroom offers plenty of floor space. To simplify your logistics, we set up the baby cot directly before your arrival (upon simple request). The XXL layout also leaves room to store a pushchair inside without blocking the walkways.

Are the children's bedrooms well separated from the parents' room?

Absolutely. This 41m² mobile home is designed with a large central living area. This layout physically separates your double bedroom from the room where the children sleep. This guarantees peace and quiet for naps and genuine nighttime privacy for everyone.

Will it be too hot in the mobile home during summer with young children?

No. In addition to featuring reversible air conditioning as standard, the Watipi's large volumes allow for excellent air circulation. Outside, the large fully covered terrace offers your children a shaded and protected play area throughout the day.
