The campsite management and team welcome you.
Please note the following recommendations:
1. CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION AND STAY.
To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on the campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. It is the manager's duty to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order and that the present rules and regulations are applied. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of the present regulations and a commitment to comply with them. No one may take up residence in the campsite.
2. POLICE FORMALITIES.
Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with the written authorization of their parents. In application of article R. 611-35 of the Code de l'Entrée et du Séjour des Etrangers et du Droit d'Asile, the manager is required to have foreign guests complete and sign an individual police form on arrival. This must include the following information
- Surname and first names.
- Date and place of birth.
- Nationality.
- Usual place of residence.
Children under the age of 15 may appear on the form of one of the parents.
3. INSTALLATION.
The outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be installed on the site indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the campsite manager.
4. RECEPTION OFFICE.
Open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
At the reception desk you'll find all the information you need about the campground's services, refreshment facilities, sports facilities, local tourist attractions and other useful addresses.
A system for collecting and handling complaints is available to customers.
5. DISPLAY.
These rules and regulations are posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They are available to all customers on request.
The campsite's 3 * classification, the tourism label and the number of pitches are displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to customers, displayed at the entrance and available for consultation at reception and on our website.
6. ARRIVAL.
In the absence of a message from the customer stating that he has had to postpone his arrival, or in the event of force majeure, the pitch becomes available 24 h00 after the date stated on the reservation. After this time, the reservation will be void, If you are evicted or if you leave before the date set for your departure, you do not have the right to a refund,

Reception will try to accommodate your wishes but cannot guarantee a pitch. You can extend your stay or change your pitch only after making a request to reception.
7. NOISE AND SILENCE
Guests are asked to avoid any noise or chatter that might disturb their neighbors.
Sound equipment should be adjusted accordingly. Doors and trunks must be closed as quietly as possible. The manager ensures the peace and quiet of his customers by setting times when silence is required.
8. PETS.
Dogs and other animals must not be left on the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. Animals considered dangerous under categories 1 and 2, or cross-breeds of these categories, are not permitted.
9. VISITORS.
After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite, under the responsibility of the campers receiving them.
The customer may receive one or more visitors at the reception desk.
The services and facilities of the campsite are accessible to visitors. However, use of the facilities may be subject to a charge, according to the rates posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk.
Visitors' cars are not allowed on the campsite.
10. VEHICLE TRAFFIC AND PARKING.
Inside the campground, vehicle speed must be limited to 15 km/h,
Traffic is authorized from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Only vehicles belonging to campers staying on the site may circulate. Parking is strictly forbidden on pitches usually occupied by accommodation, unless a parking space has been provided for this purpose. Parking must not impede traffic or prevent new arrivals from settling in.
11. UPKEEP AND APPEARANCE OF FACILITIES.
Everyone is required to refrain from any action that might impair the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly sanitary facilities.
It is forbidden to dispose of waste water on the ground or in the gutters.
Customers must empty waste water into the facilities provided for this purpose.
Household waste, garbage of all kinds and paper must be disposed of in the garbage cans.
Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose.
Washing animals is strictly forbidden in the sanitary facilities.
Laundry hanging up is tolerated until 10 a.m. in the vicinity of the accommodation, provided it is discreet and does not disturb the neighbors. Laundry may never be hung from trees.
Plantations and floral and other decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to hammer nails into trees, cut branches or make plantations.
It is forbidden to demarcate the location of an installation by personal means, or to dig up the ground.
Any damage to vegetation, fences, grounds or campsite facilities will be charged to the person responsible.
The site used during the stay must be maintained in the same condition as the camper found it on arrival.
12. SAFETY.
a) Fire
Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly forbidden. Stoves must be kept in good working order and not be used in dangerous conditions.
In the event of fire, notify management immediately.
Fire extinguishers may be used if necessary.
A first-aid kit is available at the reception desk.
b) Cigarettes
Smokers are asked to take extra care when smoking. It is strictly forbidden to drop cigarette butts on the ground, and the use of ashtrays, preferably filled with water, is compulsory.
c) Theft
The management is responsible for items left at the office, and has a general obligation to monitor the campsite. Campers are responsible for their own facilities and must report any suspicious persons to the manager. Customers are asked to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.
d) Electric vehicle charging
Electric vehicle recharging is strictly forbidden on pitches and mobile homes, due to the dangerous nature of the activity and the consequent fire hazard
(unsuitable plugs). Anyone recharging their vehicle on a pitch or mobile home will be excluded from the campsite immediately and without notice. A dedicated recharging socket is available.
13. GAMES.
No violent or disruptive games may be played in the vicinity of the facilities.
Children must always be supervised by their parents, especially at the swimming pool or in the play areas. Any unaccompanied child under the age of 13 may be refused entry. The pool is accessible only in swimwear. Shorts, burkini suits and other garments are forbidden for reasons of hygiene.
14. RENTAL.
Two deposits will be required on arrival. One corresponding to the cleaning package and one corresponding to the mobile home.
These deposits will be reimbursed within 15 days of your departure if no damage or lack of cleaning has been noted. Animals (belonging to the customer or a visitor) are not allowed in the mobile homes.
15.DEAD GARAGE.
Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the site with the agreement of the management, and only on the pitch indicated. There is a charge for this service.
16.CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE.
Customers are asked to inform the reception office of their departure the day before. Customers intending to leave before the reception desk opens must pay for their stay the day before.
17. INFRINGEMENT OF HOUSE RULES.
In the event of a resident disrupting the stay of other users or failing to comply with the provisions of these rules and regulations, the manager or his representative may, orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, give formal notice to the latter to cease the disturbance.
In the event of serious or repeated breaches of the rules and regulations, and after formal notice to comply, the manager may terminate the contract.
In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the police.
a) Opening dates.
- The campsite swimming pool is open from June 30 to September 15, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
b) Access to the pool is free and strictly reserved for campsite guests, who must comply with health and safety regulations.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents, who are responsible for their supervision within the campsite pool area. Animals are strictly forbidden in the pool area.
The management and its employees decline all responsibility in the event of an accident in the campsite pool area.
c) Hygiene.
- All customers entering the campsite pool area must pass through a foot bath and shower.
It is strictly forbidden to wear shoes in the pool area. Storage facilities are available at the entrance to the pool area.
It is strictly forbidden to eat, drink or smoke on the beaches.
Access to bathing areas is forbidden to anyone with suspicious skin lesions who does not have a certificate of non-contagion.
Only swimming trunks are allowed, long underpants and shorts are forbidden.
Only clean children are allowed to bathe; all others must wear a special swimming-pool diaper.
d) Safety.
- It is forbidden to run, dive or play on the beaches of the camping pool.
All diving equipment (fins....) is also forbidden.
e) Responsibility.
- All campers must comply with the campsite pool rules and regulations as soon as they are admitted.
The swimming pool is unsupervised and use is at the bathers' own risk.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents, who are solely responsible for their supervision.
The management declines all responsibility for accidents occurring within the pool area.
At certain times, a member of the management team may be asked to enforce the pool's rules and regulations.
In the event of non-compliance, and depending on the seriousness of the offence, the management may decide to exclude the offender temporarily or permanently.

The history of our campsite.
Les Truffières campsite has a rich history, having been created in 1961. It is managed by Valérie and Stéphane Soulier and offers quality outdoor accommodation, including mobile homes, camper van sites and caravan and tent sites, all year round. The campsite also offers a bar, a gourmet restaurant and heated sanitary facilities for added comfort. It is listed in the Ardèche Découverte tourist guide.
