We contribute to and encourage the preservation of our environment, by having put in place certain concrete measures:

• Solar lighting and low-energy light bulbs.
• Water reducers on taps and push buttons.
• Switching off electrical appliances when not in use.
• Routine use of sustainable materials such as wood and stone.
• Unique and continuous services for our employees to avoid multiple trips.
• Promotion of activities directly related to nature (walking, cycling, motorcycling, etc.).
• Use of a maximum of seasonal and local products in our restaurant.
• Selective sorting of waste for recycling.
• Use of a compost bin.
• Chickens and rabbits to avoid wasting food products.
• Recovery of rainwater.
